Dallin's been craving the Spaghetti Factory. We were planning on heading there for our lunch break yesterday during our all-day childbirth class but they cut lunch short to 15 minutes so we could take a tour of the hospital and nursery. So last night we attempted Spaghetti Factory at our house. I googled how to make the brown butter and it actually turned out soooo yummy! It's good to know now we can head to Smith's, grab some mizithra and make it anytime we want instead of having to drive into Salt Lake. We'll still frequent the place for the Spumoni though!
