Baby - 4 Months

At 4 Months Zoey:

Cut her first tooth on her "birthday"!  It's on the bottom right, just poking through.  We couldn't even tell she was teething, she is such an angel baby.  She just drooled a lot (which she has been doing for a while) but no fever, no extra fussing, minimal changes in her sleep...she is just amazing!  I am still in shock about it all.  It blew my mind and am sad she's growing up so fast.  At this rate she'll be walking next week and talking in full sentences by the end of the month.  (Second tooth on bottom - front - popped in 06/14/13 on Father's Day!  This is also the day she rolled from back to front for the first time!)

Eats 4-6 oz. every 3-4 hours

Started sleeping 8 1/2 hours recently with only a few minor setbacks

Wears size 2 diapers

Wears size 3-6 month clothes

Likes to arch her back and look at everything upside down

Is close to rolling over but hates tummy time

Her hand-eye coordination is so much better and reaches for toys and puts them all in her mouth

Still likes to cuddle in the mornings and sleeps quite a bit.  She'll sometimes take "power" naps for 20-30 minutes if she doesn't full on sleep.

Has figured out her thumb is a separate appendage and pops it in her mouth every chance she gets.  I constantly pull it out and she pops it right back in.  Gah!

Eyes are still BLUE!

Her hair is getting long.  She hasn't lost any of it.  It's starting to fuzz off in the back but there isn't a bald spot.

Giggles at least once a day at random things.  Uncle Greg still hasn't heard it though!

Has the cutest marshmallow arms and thunder thighs

Survived her first cold

Loves her Sophie the Giraffe toy and munches on it constantly

Is so stinking happy in the mornings - very unlike her mom

Is loved so much it makes my heart hurt
